We had damage to our roof from a terrible storm and the end result was that we needed a whole new roof. Trace Draper from Tri-State Exteriors helped us deal with our insurance adjuster and was able facilitate an easy and seamless transition to replacing our roof. The workers who came to do the install were efficient and respectful and I had a beautiful new roof at the end of the day. They did such a wonderful job that I called them a few months later to take care of the shutters as well! Thank you so much Tri-state Exteriors!
Trace and his team were excellent. They helped us to battle with our insurance company to get the approval, and they were here to meet the adjusters several times throughout the process. They even came out to tarp part of our roof before we even received the insurance approval to parent any more damage to our ceiling. The roof replacement was scheduled in a timely manner. The company was reliable and all information was provided to us to submit to our insurance company. I highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs.
